Bill Title: As introduced, increases the maximum fine from $2,500 to $5,000 in which a court may impose on a person impersonating a law enforcement officer when such person utilizes a vehicle that resembles a law enforcement vehicle. - Amends TCA Title 39, Chapter 16, Part 3 and Title 40.
