Bill Title: As introduced, provides that any public institution of higher education that classifies a student, who is not a United States citizen, as a Tennessee resident for purposes of charging in-state tuition forfeits all state funding, does not apply to veterans under the Tennessee Veterans Education Transition Support Act. - Amends TCA Title 49, Chapter 7; Title 49, Chapter 8 and Title 49, Chapter 9.
