Bill Title: As introduced, subject to local approval, permits the city to establish the compensation of the mayor and aldermen by ordinance beginning with the mayor elected in 2014, and aldermen elected in 2016; requires the mayor to attend and participate in all state, regional, county and municipal meetings designed to assist cities to the extent reasonable. - Amends Chapter 306 of the Private Acts of 1951; as amended.
