Bill Title: As introduced, prohibits convicted felons, probationers, and parolees from owning, harboring, keeping, residing with, or being in the company of dangerous, vicious, or wild animals; except when preapproved or preauthorized by a court or the board of probation or parole to own or keep such animal; makes a violation of this act a misdemeanor. - Amends TCA Title 39, Chapter 17, Part 1.
