Bill Title: As introduced, allows 50 percent of a teacher's annual evaluation criteria to be comprised of other measures of student achievement if excluding student growth evaluation composites generated by assessments administered in the 2020-2021 school year or in any school year thereafter results in a higher evaluation score for the teacher. - Amends TCA Title 49.
