Bill Title: As introduced, clarifies that court clerks must forward to the TBI within 45 calendar days a copy of the judgment against a person convicted of an offense that makes the person eligible for the drug offender registry. - Amends TCA Title 21, Chapter 2; Title 39, Chapter 17, Part 4; Title 53 and Title 63.
