Bill Title: As enacted, requires the chief procurement officer to develop a transition plan by "April 1, 2012", instead of "October 1, 2011", and corrects various typographical errors in provisions governing the procurement office and the authorized entity to promulgate rules. - Amends TCA Title 4, Chapter 56, Part 1 and Title 12, Chapter 4.
