Bill Title: As enacted, adds convictions for criminal attempt to commit a violent sexual offense under repealed criminal attempt law to the definition of violent sexual offenses; requires person who is on the sexual offender registry due to conviction from another state to remain on the registry for at least five years. - Amends TCA Title 40, Chapter 39, Part 2.
