Bill Title: As introduced, adds to evidences of identification to vote, a valid photo identification card issued free of charge by the county election commission of the county in which a person is registered to vote, provided the person meets the current requirements to obtain a free photo ID to vote and signs an affidavit verifying such person's qualifications. - Amends TCA Section 2-7-112.
