Bill Title: As introduced, expands the offenses of aggravated rape and aggravated sexual battery to include if the defendant commits the offense during the commission of an aggravated burglary, if the defendant commits the offense against more than one person in a single incident, and other changes. - Amends TCA Title 39, Chapter 13, Part 5 and Title 40.
