Bill Title: As enacted, enacts "The More Jobs and Revenues, Less Hassle and Expenses, Help Businesses and Taxpayers Act of 2009," which requires the department to consult and explore with the Tennessee congressional delegation and IRS and other appropriate entities the possibility of simplifying and streamlining federal and state requirements in regard to laws regarding household employees. - Amends TCA Title 4; Title 50 and Title 67.
