Bill Title: As introduced, subject to local approval, moves the date of the city election to coincide with the November general election; extends the four-year terms of office of the mayor and councilmen elected at the regular city election held in June 2009 or June 2011 to expire December 1, 2014 or 2016. - Amends Chapter 298 of the Private Acts of 1972.
