Bill Title: As enacted, requires the department of education to maintain the unique personal identification numbers of students of active duty military or reserve component parents or guardians in a separate database to identify and track these students if the students move to different schools across the state and country. - Amends TCA Title 49, Chapter 1 and Title 49, Chapter 6.
