Bill Title: As enacted, revises various provisions governing TCRS including clarifying that the transfer of funds from the stabilization reserve trust account is not a maximum unfunded liability cost and revising provisions concerning TCRS investments. - Amends TCA Section 3-9-103; Title 8, Chapter 25; Title 8, Chapter 34; Title 8, Chapter 35; Title 8, Chapter 36; Title 8, Chapter 37 and Section 26-2-105.
