Bill Title: As enacted, allows a commissioned reserve deputy sheriff, as authorized in writing by the sheriff, or commissioned reserve or auxiliary police officer, as authorized by the chief of police, to carry firearms as a law enforcement officer. - Amends TCA Section 39-17-1350.
