Bill Title: As enacted, permits a county medical examiner and certain district attorneys general to request the district attorney general in the district where the body is buried or interred to file a petition in circuit or criminal court for the disinterment of the deceased for the purpose of performing an autopsy, collecting scientific or forensic evidence, or obtaining DNA evidence. - Amends TCA Title 38.
