Bill Title: As introduced, prohibits state funds for metropolitan transportation planning from being released to, or expended by, a metropolitan planning organization (MPO) unless the MPO's policy board ensures that the number of votes for any local government official is equally weighted and that one voting member residing within the MPO's boundaries is chosen by the Tennessee county highway officials association. - Amends TCA Title 9, Chapter 4, Part 51 and Title 64, Chapter 8, Part 3.
