Bill Title: As enacted, permits a county with a metropolitan government that has acquired real property at a delinquent tax sale to authorize the conveyance of the real property by grant to a nonprofit organization for the purpose of constructing affordable or workplace housing. - Amends TCA Title 7, Chapter 3, Part 3 and Title 67, Chapter 5, Part 25.
