Bill Title: As introduced, removes requirement that pawnshop brokers deliver certain transaction records by mail or in person; changes the time of delivery of such records from 48 hours after the transaction to noon the day following the transaction; allows a copy of the records to be delivered. - Amends TCA Title 38; Title 45 and Title 62.
