Bill Title: As enacted, removes the 150-mile radius restriction and penalty for motor vehicles that are not common carriers and are used to transport agricultural products, farm machinery, or farm supplies; classifies fluid milk products as a nondivisible load that cannot be reasonably dismantled or conveniently transported otherwise. - Amends TCA Title 55.
