Bill Title: As introduced, shifts, under certain circumstances, in any city or county that levies hotel occupancy tax, the obligation to collect the tax from the hotel operator to the entity that facilitates the hotel transaction; changes the basis of the tax; specifies methods for remitting the tax. - Amends TCA Title 7, Chapter 4; Title 67, Chapter 6 and Title 67, Chapter 4.
