Bill Title: As enacted, allows an insurance producer to charge fees for services relating to an individual's purchase of an individual major medical policy if the insurance producer is not receiving commission from an insurer and if the fees are based upon a qualified written agreement. - Amends TCA Title 56, Chapter 6.
