Bill Title: As enacted, allows platting regulations to provide for an assessment or other method for certain improvements to be provided by the appropriate governmental entity at cost to owners of property in subdivision, instead of completion of work prior to final approval of a plat. - Amends TCA Section 13-3-403(b).
