Bill Title: As introduced, creates two new Class C misdemeanor offenses, punishable only by fine of $50.00, if either a legal guardian expressly permits their child to participate in any solicitation or collection event at a highway or street intersection, or the organizer of the collection event expressly permits the child's participation. - Amends TCA Title 39, Chapter 17 and Title 68.
