Bill Title: As enacted, requires counties and cities, other than TCRS participants, to recognize a qualified domestic relations order that directs the county or city to allocate a portion of the member's pension or retirement benefits to the member's former spouse as part of a marital property settlement. - Amends TCA Title 8, Chapter 34; Title 8, Chapter 35 and Section 26-2-105.
