A senate RESOLUTION
tO AUTHORIZE AMERICAN LEGION AUXILIARY PALMETTO GIRLS STATE TO USE THE CHAMBER OF THE SOUTH CAROLINA SENATE ON FRIDAY, JUNE 12, 2026.
Be it resolved by the Senate:
That American Legion Auxiliary Palmetto Girls State is authorized to use the chamber of the Senate on Friday, June 12, 2026, from 1:00 p.m. until 3:30 p.m., for its annual legislative activity unless the Senate is in statewide session or the chamber is otherwise unavailable.
Be it further resolved that the State House security officers shall provide assistance and access as necessary for this meeting in accordance with previous procedures.
Be it further resolved that no charges may be made for the use of the Senate's chamber by American Legion Auxiliary Palmetto Girls State on this date.
