A JOINT RESOLUTION

TO APPROPRIATE SETTLEMENT FUNDS PAID TO THIS STATE BY THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT FOR STORING PLUTONIUM AT THE SAVANNAH RIVER SITE.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:

SECTION    1.    From the settlement funds paid to this State by the federal government for storing plutonium at the Savannah River Site, there is appropriated:

SECTION    2.    This joint resolution takes effect upon approval by the Governor.
