A HOUSE RESOLUTION
TO AUTHORIZE THE SOUTH CAROLINA CHAPTER OF THE AMERICAN BOARD OF TRIAL ADVOCATES TO USE THE CHAMBER OF THE SOUTH CAROLINA HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES FOR THE ORGANIZATION'S JAMES OTIS LECTURE SERIES AT A DATE AND TIME TO BE DETERMINED BY THE SPEAKER, PROVIDED THAT THE HOUSE IS NOT IN SESSION AND THE CHAMBER IS NOT OTHERWISE UNAVAILABLE.
Be it resolved by the House of Representatives:
That the South Carolina Chapter of the American Board of Trial Advocates be allowed the use of the chamber of the South Carolina House of Representatives for the organization's James Otis Lecture Series at a date and time to be determined by the Speaker, provided that the House is not in session and the chamber is not otherwise unavailable.
