A HOUSE RESOLUTION
TO AUTHORIZE THE SOUTH CAROLINA SILVER-HAIRED LEGISLATURE TO USE THE CHAMBER OF THE SOUTH CAROLINA HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES FOR ITS ANNUAL LEGISLATIVE SESSION AT A DATE AND TIME TO BE DETERMINED BY THE SPEAKER, PROVIDED THAT THE HOUSE IS NOT IN SESSION AND THE CHAMBER IS NOT OTHERWISE UNAVAILABLE.
Be it resolved by the House of Representatives:
That the South Carolina Silver-Haired Legislature be allowed the use of the chamber of the South Carolina House of Representatives for its annual legislative session at a date and time to be determined by the Speaker, provided that the House is not in session and the chamber is not otherwise unavailable.
