A CONCURRENT RESOLUTION

TO INVITE THE CHIEF JUSTICE OF THE SOUTH CAROLINA SUPREME COURT, THE HONORABLE JEAN HOEFER TOAL, TO ADDRESS THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY IN JOINT SESSION ON THE STATE OF THE JUDICIARY AT 11:30 A.M. ON WEDNESDAY, APRIL 9, 2014.

Be it resolved by the House of Representatives, the Senate concurring:

That the Chief Justice of the South Carolina Supreme Court, the Honorable Jean Hoefer Toal, is invited to address the General Assembly in Joint Session on the State of the Judiciary in the Hall of the House of Representatives at 11:30 a.m. on Wednesday, April 9, 2014.

Be it further resolved that a copy of this resolution be forwarded to Chief Justice Toal.
