To whom was referred a Concurrent Resolution (H. 4822) to request the Department of Transportation name the intersection located at the junction of United States Highway 278 and South Carolina Highway 68 in Hampton County "Randolph 'Buster' Murdaugh Interchange", etc., respectfully

That they have duly and carefully considered the same and recommend that the same do pass:

A CONCURRENT RESOLUTION

TO REQUEST THE DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION NAME THE INTERSECTION LOCATED AT THE JUNCTION OF UNITED STATES HIGHWAY 278 AND SOUTH CAROLINA HIGHWAY 68 IN HAMPTON COUNTY "RANDOLPH 'BUSTER' MURDAUGH INTERCHANGE" AND ERECT APPROPRIATE SIGNS OR MARKERS AT THIS LOCATION CONTAINING THESE WORDS.

Be it resolved by the House of Representatives, the Senate concurring:

That the members of the South Carolina General Assembly request the Department of Transportation name the intersection located at the junction of Unites States Highway 278 and South Carolina Highway 68 in Hampton County "Randolph 'Buster' Murdaugh Interchange" and erect appropriate signs or markers at this location containing these words.

Be it further resolved that a copy of this resolution be forwarded to the Department of Transportation.
