Bill Title: A Bill To Provide That In Florence County A Person Must Obtain Permission From The Governing Body Of A Homeowner's Association Or A Residential Subdivision Before He May Discharge A Firearm On Any Property Owned By Or Under The Control Of The Homeowner's Association Or The Residential Subdivision, To Provide A Fine For The Violation Of The Section, And To Provide That A Fine May Not Be Imposed Upon A Person Whose Discharge Of A Firearm Is Covered By A Legal Defense.
