A bill
to amend the South Carolina Code of Laws BY REPEALING SECTION 50-3-140 RELATING TO THE PUBLICATION OF DESCRIPTIONS OF UNIFORMS AND EMBLEMS BY THE DEPARTMENT OF NATURAL RESOURCES.
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:
SECTION 1. Section 50-3-140 of the S.C. Code is repealed.
SECTION 2. This act takes effect upon approval by the Governor.
