Amend The South Carolina Code Of Laws So As To Enact The "military Skills To Civilian Licensure Act"; And By Adding Section 25-15-50 So As To Require All Professional And Occupational Licensing Boards To Grant Equivalent Credit For Military Training And Experience Toward Licensure, And To Mandate Expedited Application Processing For Veterans And Military Spouses.
