| AN ACT |
| |
1 | Amending Title 65 (Public Officers) of the Pennsylvania |
2 | Consolidated Statutes, further providing for restricted |
3 | activities for former officials or employees. |
4 | The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania |
5 | hereby enacts as follows: |
6 | Section 1. Section 1103(g) of Title 65 of the Pennsylvania |
7 | Consolidated Statutes is amended to read: |
8 | § 1103. Restricted activities. |
9 | * * * |
10 | (g) Former official or employee.--No former public official |
11 | or public employee shall represent a person, with promised or |
12 | actual compensation, on any matter before the governmental body |
13 | with which he has been associated for [one year] two years after |
14 | he leaves that body. |

16 | Section 2. This act shall take effect in 60 days. |
