AN ACT
Designating a portion of Interstate 78 in Berks County as the
CMSgt. Richard L. Etchberger Memorial Highway.
The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
hereby enacts as follows:
Section 1. The CMSgt. Richard L. Etchberger Memorial Highway.
(a) Designation.--Interstate 78 in Berks County from mile
marker 23 to mile marker 35 is hereby designated as the CMSgt.
Richard L. Etchberger Memorial Highway.
(b) Signs.--The Department of Transportation shall erect and
maintain appropriate signs displaying the name of the highway
designated under subsection (a) to traffic in both directions.
Section 2. Effective date.
This act shall take effect immediately.
