A RESOLUTION

Honoring the life and extending condolences upon the passing of

2

Eric James Reinholt.

3

WHEREAS, Eric James Reinholt, a resident of Ardmore,

4

Pennsylvania, was born in Ann Arbor, Michigan, on September 2,

5

1969, where he grew up with his parents, Richard and Doris

6

Reinholt, and siblings; and

7

WHEREAS, Mr. Reinholt participated in varsity football and

8

wrestling in high school and, after graduation, went on to earn

9

a bachelor's degree from Albion College, where he graduated Phi

10

Beta Kappa, an MBA from the University of Oxford, and a master's

11

degree in government administration from the University of

12

Pennsylvania; and

13

WHEREAS, In 1996, Mr. Reinholt joined the Pennsylvania Army

14

National Guard, where he proudly served eight years, six months

15

of which he spent on active duty as a NATO peace keeper in

Bosnia; and

2

WHEREAS, Mr. Reinholt was honorably discharged in 2004 from

3

the National Guard as a scout in A Troop 1-104th Cavalry, based

4

in center city Philadelphia; and

5

WHEREAS, With all of Eric's many career and personal

6

accomplishments, he was first a loving husband to his wife, Lia,

7

and their two daughters, Amelia and Georgia; therefore be it

8

RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives honor the life

9

and extend condolences upon the passing of Eric James Reinholt;

10

and be it further

11

RESOLVED, That a copy of this resolution be transmitted to

12

Mr. Reinholt's family.
