AN ACT
Amending Title 62 (Procurement) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated
Statutes, further providing for motor vehicle contract
provisions.
The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
hereby enacts as follows:
Section 1. Section 3734 of Title 62 of the Pennsylvania
Consolidated Statutes is amended by adding a subsection to read:
§ 3734. Contract provisions.

(a.1) Motor vehicles to be procured in Pennsylvania.--All
government agencies shall procure only motor vehicles which are
purchased, leased or rented in Pennsylvania. Contract documents
for the procurement of motor vehicles shall contain a provision
that the motor vehicles procured by the government agency shall
be purchased in Pennsylvania.

Section 2. This act shall take effect in 60 days.
