AN ACT

Amending Title 75 (Vehicles) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated

Statutes, further providing for exceptions to operation of

vehicle without official certificate of inspection.

The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania

5

hereby enacts as follows:

Section 1.  Section 4703(b)(10) of Title 75 of the

7

Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes is amended to read:

8

§ 4703.  Operation of vehicle without official certificate of

9

inspection.

(b)  Exceptions.--Subsection (a) does not apply to:

(10)  A motor vehicle registered as an antique or classic

pursuant to section 1340 (relating to antique, classic and

15

collectible plates).

Section 2.  This act shall take effect in 60 days.
