AN ACT

Amending Title 34 (Game) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated

Statutes, further providing for unlawful devices and methods.

The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania

4

hereby enacts as follows:

5

Section 1.  Section 2308(b) of Title 34 of the Pennsylvania

6

Consolidated Statutes is amended by adding a paragraph to read:

7

§ 2308.  Unlawful devices and methods.

(b)  Exceptions.--The provisions of subsection (a) shall not

10

apply to:

(7)  A non-flintlock or inline muzzle-loading rifle for

13

the taking of antlered deer by a properly licensed disabled

14

hunter. For purposes of this paragraph, a disabled hunter is

15

any resident whose physical disability consists of the loss

of one or more limbs, or the loss of the use of one or more

2

limbs, or whose physical disability is considered total and

3

who meets all other qualifications of this title and is

4

otherwise mentally and physically fit.
