AN ACT
Making a supplemental appropriation from the General Fund to the
Supreme Court for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2009.
The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
hereby enacts as follows:
Section 1. Appropriation.
For fiscal year 2009-2010 the sum of $30,000,000 is hereby
appropriated from the General Fund to the Supreme Court for the
salaries, wages and all necessary expenses for the proper
operation and administration of the courts. This appropriation
shall be a supplemental appropriation and shall be in addition
to the appropriation contained in the act of August 5, 2009
(P.L. , No.1A), known as the General Appropriation Act of
2009, and the act of October 9, 2009 (P.L. , No.10A), known
as the Supplemental General Appropriation Act of 2009.
Section 2. Effective date.
This act shall take effect in 60 days.
