AN ACT
Amending Title 65 (Public Officers) of the Pennsylvania
Consolidated Statutes, further providing for restricted
activities.
The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
hereby enacts as follows:
Section 1. Section 1103 of Title 65 of the Pennsylvania
Consolidated Statutes is amended by adding a subsection to read:
§ 1103. Restricted activities.

(k) Concurrent elected positions.--No person elected by the
public to a position in the legislative branch of the
Commonwealth may hold a concurrent elected position in the
executive, legislative or judicial branch of the Commonwealth or
any political subdivision thereof.
Section 2. This act shall take effect in 60 days.
