| AN ACT |

1 | Amending Title 4 (Amusements) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated |
2 | Statutes, in gaming, further providing for general and |
3 | specific powers of the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board. |
4 | The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania |
5 | hereby enacts as follows: |
6 | Section 1. Section 1202(b) of Title 4 of the Pennsylvania |
7 | Consolidated Statutes is amended by adding a paragraph to read: |
8 | § 1202. General and specific powers. |

10 | (b) Specific powers.--The board shall have the specific |
11 | power and duty: |

13 | (28.1) To establish and post on the board's Internet |
14 | website budgetary guidelines of the board, including a salary |
15 | matrix for members and employees of the board. |

17 | Section 2. This act shall take effect in 60 days. |
