AN ACT
Amending Title 4 (Amusements) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated
Statutes, in gaming, further providing for general and
specific powers of the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board.
The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
hereby enacts as follows:
Section 1. Section 1202(b) of Title 4 of the Pennsylvania
Consolidated Statutes is amended by adding a paragraph to read:
§ 1202. General and specific powers.

(b) Specific powers.--The board shall have the specific
power and duty:

(28.1) To establish and post on the board's Internet
website budgetary guidelines of the board, including a salary
matrix for members and employees of the board.

Section 2. This act shall take effect in 60 days.
