| AN ACT |
| |
1 | Amending Title 4 (Amusements) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated |
2 | Statutes, further providing for reports of Pennsylvania |
3 | Gaming Control Board. |
4 | The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania |
5 | hereby enacts as follows: |
6 | Section 1. Section 1211(a) of Title 4 of the Pennsylvania |
7 | Consolidated Statutes is amended to read: |
8 | § 1211. Reports of board. |
9 | (a) Report of board.--Eighteen months after the effective |
10 | date of this part and every year on that date thereafter, the |
11 | board shall issue a report to the Governor and each member of |
12 | the General Assembly on the general operation of the board and |
13 | each slot machine licensee's performance, including, but not |
14 | limited to, number and win per slot machine and total gross |
15 | terminal revenue at each licensed facility during the previous |
16 | year, all taxes, fees, fines and other revenues collected and, |
17 | where appropriate, disbursed, the costs of operation of the |

1 | board, all hearings conducted and the results of the hearings |
2 | and other information that the board deems necessary and |
3 | appropriate. The board shall include in its report a listing of |
4 | the number of executive sessions conducted by the board and the | <-- |
5 | agenda for each executive session a brief explanation describing | <-- |
6 | the location of executive session agendas on its Internet |
7 | website. The agenda for each executive session shall be posted |
8 | on its Internet website. |
