AN ACT
Amending Title 4 (Amusements) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated
Statutes, in administration and enforcement, providing for
audit by Auditor General.
The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
hereby enacts as follows:
Section 1. Title 4 of the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes
is amended by adding a section to read:
§ 1524. Audit by Auditor General.
The Auditor General shall conduct a performance audit
annually every two years to determine program effectiveness and <--
annual compliance with the requirements of this part. The
Auditor General shall report annually every two years to the <--
General Assembly the audit findings and any action recommended <--
to be taken by the board to ensure compliance with this part.
Section 2. This act shall take effect in 60 days.
