AN ACT

Amending Title 4 (Amusements) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated

Statutes, in administration and enforcement, providing for

3

audit by Auditor General.

The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania

5

hereby enacts as follows:

6

Section 1.  Title 4 of the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes

7

is amended by adding a section to read:

8

§ 1524.  Audit by Auditor General.

9

The Auditor General shall conduct a performance audit

10

annually every two years to determine program effectiveness and

annual compliance with the requirements of this part. The

12

Auditor General shall report annually every two years to the

<--

13

General Assembly the audit findings and any action recommended

<--

14

to be taken by the board to ensure compliance with this part.

15

Section 2.  This act shall take effect in 60 days.
