AN ACT

Providing for the lapsing of funds from the expense accounts of

members of the General Assembly to the General Fund.

The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania

4

hereby enacts as follows:

Section 1.  Notwithstanding any other provision of law to the

6

contrary, any funds in the expense account of a member of the

7

General Assembly which are unencumbered as of June 30 of any

8

year shall immediately lapse to the General Fund.

9

Section 2.  This act shall take effect in 60 days.
