AN ACT

  

1

Amending Title 51 (Military Affairs) of the Pennsylvania

2

Consolidated Statutes, providing for burial details for

3

veterans at other cemeteries.

The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania

5

hereby enacts as follows:

6

Section 1.  Title 51 of the Pennsylvania Consolidated

7

Statutes is amended by adding a section to read:

8

§ 705.1.  Burial details for veterans at other cemeteries.

9

No political subdivision may in any manner regulate,

10

including the discharge of blank ammunition, or charge a fee of

11

any kind for military funeral honors.

12

Section 2.  This act shall take effect immediately.
