  Requires Department of Human Services and Oregon Health
Authority to post to their websites rates and fee schedules for
payments to residential and community-based care providers.

                        A BILL FOR AN ACT
Relating to public disclosure of reimbursement paid to
  residential care providers.
Be It Enacted by the People of the State of Oregon:
  SECTION 1.  { + (1) As used in this section:
  (a) 'Adult foster home' has the meaning given that term in ORS
443.705.
  (b) 'Child-caring agency' has the meaning given that term in
ORS 418.205.
  (c) 'Developmental disability child foster home' has the
meaning given that term in ORS 443.830.
  (d) 'Long term care facility' has the meaning given that term
in ORS 442.015.
  (e) 'Residential care facility' has the meaning given that term
in ORS 443.400.
  (2) The Department of Human Services shall make available on
the department's website the rates and fee schedules paid by the
department to providers that provide residential care or services
to clients of the department, including:
  (a) Adult foster homes;
  (b) Child-caring agencies that provide residential care;
  (c) Developmental disability child foster homes;
  (d) Long term care facilities;
  (e) Residential care facilities; and
  (f) Any provider paid by the department to provide
community-based care.
  (3) Information made available under this section shall be
published for each type of facility or provider for which the
department establishes a separate rate or fee. + }
  SECTION 2. { +  (1) As used in this section:
  (a) 'Adult foster home' has the meaning given that term in ORS
443.705.
  (b) 'Long term care facility' has the meaning given that term
in ORS 442.015.
  (c) 'Residential care facility' has the meaning given that term
in ORS 443.400.

  (2) The Oregon Health Authority shall make available on the
authority's website the rates and fee schedules paid by the
authority to providers that provide residential care or services
to recipients of medical assistance, including:
  (a) Adult foster homes;
  (b) Long term care facilities;
  (c) Residential care facilities; and
  (d) Any provider paid by the authority to provide
community-based care.
  (3) Information made available under this section shall be
published for each type of facility or provider for which the
authority establishes a separate rate or fee. + }
