  Authorizes hunters to use certain decoys to hunt game birds.

                        A BILL FOR AN ACT
Relating to hunting decoys.
Be It Enacted by the People of the State of Oregon:
  SECTION 1.  { + Section 2 of this 2011 Act is added to and made
a part of ORS chapter 498. + }
  SECTION 2.  { + (1) A person who holds the appropriate
licenses, tags and permits under the wildlife laws to hunt game
birds may use decoys to hunt those game birds.
  (2) As used in subsection (1) of this section, 'decoy ' means a
simulation or replication of game birds, in whole or in part,
that is used in hunting game birds and that is powered by:
  (a) Battery;
  (b) Motor;
  (c) Wind; or
  (d) Human action via a cable, cord, pull string or other
