Relating to the financial administration of the Oregon Health
Authority; and declaring an emergency.
Be It Enacted by the People of the State of Oregon:

of ORS 291.055 (1)(e), the following new or increased fees,
adopted by the Oregon Health Authority and approved by the Oregon
